I am pleased and relieved with this service. I needed my DD214 documents in a hurry for employment. After ordering them early in the morning on a Wednesday, they were available to me via download by Friday morning. In the past, I had ordered these same documents for free directly through the government and it took approximately 5 months. Thank you for this option of ordering same day service. It is pricey, but I couldn't afford to take a chance on not receiving the documents quickly. Now I will have them both electronically and in hard copy and should never need your service again. Thank you for coming through for me sincerely!
