I needed a "member" copy of DD 214 that showed character of discharge. Form had been changed by the government in the early 80's I'd guess and it was an attachment to the DD Form 214 that I had somehow lost over the course of many moves over many years. Contacted Touchstone and filled out the form; e-signed it. They immediately assigned to a researcher in St. Louis. Order placed on 6/11. Intervening weekend. Notified 6/16 that document had been mailed and should be received in 2 - 4 days AND the form was immediately downloadable as a PDF. Fast and responsive service! Can't ask for anything more. I recommend Touchstone's service.
