I was a little worried at first because i was promised a certain date and my document was not sent. I was at the end very satisfied because they did make a copy of my document available for download just one day later. I would recommend Touchstone to anyone that needs their records in hurry. The government told me that it would be a month to get my dd214 and it took 2 days with Touchstone. I was under a lot of stress and probably gave them a really hard time but in the end a great big thank you is due!!!!!!! This is not a scam they do what hey say they are going to do : )
